▸Why buy seats instead of just donating a Lifetime?
Seats are built for businesses. You get one business invoice, volume discounts up to 20%, a dashboard to send and reassign seats, and the option to choose Plus for business-side Insights. It’s a business software purchase rather than a personal gift. We don’t give tax advice, so please consult your tax advisor about how it applies to you.
▸What’s in a seat?
Each seat is a full consumer Oraqel Lifetime on the temporal path, the same Lifetime that sells today for $111. The person gets 20 drops when they join, is topped back up to 20 every 30 days, and gets larger bonus drops on any packs they buy. It all lives in a private account that the person owns.
▸Who can I give seats to?
Anyone: employees, leaders, clients, partners, family members or your community. Seats come with no restrictions on who receives them. You send an invite, and the person redeems it and creates their own account.
▸What is Oraqel for Business Plus?
Plus is the same seats with a business-side Insights layer added on top. On day one, that means basic profile info (personality type, communication style, work style and strengths) plus a “10 things about [name]” card for each person who allows insight viewing. Insights only ever shows people who allow insight viewing. More Plus tools are rolling out over time, and pack pricing is the same as Seats.
▸What reporting does my business see?
On either path, you see seat status (unassigned, sent or redeemed) for every seat. You see basic reporting only for people who allow insight viewing. Each person decides, and their private results stay theirs unless they choose to share.
▸Can I buy a custom quantity?
Yes, you can buy any number of seats. 10 to 49 seats get 5% off, 50 to 99 get 15%, and 100 or more get 20%. Any amount between tiers gets the lower tier’s discount, and the calculator above shows your exact total.
▸Can I reassign a seat?
Yes. Any seat that hasn’t been redeemed yet can be reassigned to someone else from your dashboard. Once someone redeems a seat, the Lifetime is theirs. Seats never expire, so unused seats stay available until you give them out.
▸What about refunds?
Unused (unredeemed) seats are refundable within 60 business days of purchase. Redeemed seats are not refundable. Seats also never expire, so there’s no rush to hand them all out. Send the contact form if you have questions before you buy.
